Well ever since The Last Song we've seen Miam getting closer and improving their relationship, until they accepted being boyfriend & girlfriend. But now they seem pretty serious about their relationship, just what Miley needed, someone who make her happy and have a nice chemistry, respect and love,. But on the other hand, they've always had that 'spark', ever since camp rock, they've always been best friends, we've seen them together a lot of times, they have a great relationship, even as best friends, They are like family in that sense. So it wouldn't surprise me they are dating, I've always thought they had something going on over there, more than just a friendship.
