soo its TRUE or FAKE the whole promise NILEY ring?

so i've been cheking what fans think about the whole promise NILEY ring and here are the best comments i've found

They mentioned 75,000 ring in In Touch Weekly AUg 3 edition they mentioned Danis ring and made Miley sound just as expensive,, Bad articel JB who denies everything hasn't denied it! JB denied Selena, Jordan Pruitt & the band breaking up.. YEs she got a ring & no its just a promise ring no more than what 500? 1000 at the very very most! FYI , Nick has given Miley jewelry before, He has given her a ring before, Nick told a Mag in 2007 Valentines Day..(they were together) that he was so nervous giving her the ring he put it in a paper bag

so miley said " $the 75,000 ring is not true.but she didn't said he didn't gave her a ring.
maybe the ring is not $75,000 ring?
and what does she mean by this?
