oh my god miley isnt out of one when she is again whith another problem, now miss cyrus has this controversial photo where she is making "goofy" eyes, but well everyone has his or her point of view. but this has caused the teen a demand for hurting with racial pictures to asian american.
And it seems that Miss Cyrus is facing a $4 billion lawsuit filed on behalf of Los Angeles’ entire Asian Pacific Islander population by a woman who claims that Miley mocked Asians in a recent photo by slanting her eyes.
Lucie J. Kim claims to represent more than one million LA county residents who were affected by the scandal, saying that Miley “intentionally puts her hands to either side of her face and pulls the sides of her eyes to slant them in mockery of the stereotypical physical features of persons of Asian Pacific Island descent and national origin.”
Kim goes on to say that the photo “was clearly an act of racism, prejudice, and pure ignorance directly to Asian Pacific Islanders,” adding that it is “identical to Cyrus using the ‘N’ word when referring to African Americans.”
