Satisfying their craving for Asian cuisine, Miley Cyrus and Mandy Jiroux were spotted stopping into the City Wok in Toluca Lake, California yesterday (March 17).
The “Hannah Montana” hottie and her BFF linked arms and text messaged friends as the paparazzi fired away, snapping up plenty of pics before the gals headed off.

And according to a recent report, Miley and many of her fellow celebrities actually tip off the paparazzi as to where they’ll be in order to insure that they’ll get plenty of coverage.
An insider revealed that celebrity assistants often times call the paparazzi and give them a schedule of the stars’ daily activities, i.e. where they will be having lunch, shopping, who they’ll be with, etc.
